Job Description

Back to Basics Learning Dynamics is seeking Creole interpreters to interpret for IEP meetings, parent-teacher conferences, mental health evaluations, etc. Interpreters must have daytime availability. You can set your own schedule, and we pay for mileage. Apply today.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

It is preferred that candidates possess documentation to show proficiency in languages other than English. If documentation is not available, candidates might be asked to complete a proficiency test.
Candidates MUST have at least 1 year of professional interpreting experience on their resume. Language proficiency alone is NOT sufficient. Volunteer interpreting for a school or church or interpreting for family/friends is NOT sufficient.
Must be willing to get a background check, including Federal, State, and Child Abuse Registry
Must have reliable phone service for contact.
