Personality is more important than anything on your resume. In fact, the friendlier and more skilled you are at delivering fantastic service, the more you’ll make. Our top service team members make hundreds of additional dollars per paycheck in tips!

Crew Leaders deal with daily logistics such as driving to customers’ locations, helping them A to Z as well as managing your hauler, sales and daily expenses. Don’t worry, our onboarding process is efficient and easy-peasy. We’ll teach you all you need to know.

What’s In It For You

· $18-$25/hr (depending on experience) after training completed

· Training pay for up to 4 weeks

· Medical, Dental and Vision (after first year + 1500hrs)

· Very flexible with time off

· 401K match up to 3-1/2% (after first year)

Shifts

· Full-Time

· Full-time employees work 5 of the 6 days we are open Monday-Saturday.

· Ability to work 6 days if you choose.

Qualifications/Requirements

· Born with an outstanding personality.

· Big, strong, authentic desire to serve people.

· Driven and dependable

· Able to see the best in people and make the day as fun and positive as possible.

· MUST have a clean driving record and pass background check.

· MUST be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.

· Able to obtain a DOT Medical Card.

Responsibilities

· Daily - drive yourself and hauler (buddy) to customer’s locations.

· Help customers with needs A to Z once on site

· Manage your hauler

· Manage your sales and expenses

· GSD Aka. Get Stuff Done (one of our core values)
