Function:

• Communicate clearly, quickly with co-workers to ensure correct order is made and served to the customers.
• Prepare products following all health and safety standards and procedures quickly and accurately.
• Be pleasant and alert to customer needs.
• Properly and safely use equipment while following all health and safety standards.
• Work as a “team” member to assure constant and consistent quality, service, cleanliness.
• Clean work area, organize and stock needed items.
• Cleaning your area depends on what area you are in. As a Fan Master (Cashier) that includes: counters, tables, restrooms, trash receptacles. As a Grill Master (Cook) that includes: Prep tables, grills, warmers, dishes etc... As a Chill Master (Ice cream creator) that includes: mixers, dishes, soft serve dispensers, candy containers etc... But all areas will need to take out trash, sweep, mop, stock and other cleaning tasks, that may be needed. 

Requirements:

• Show up and try!
• Able to stock ice in soft drink dispensers, use sanitizing solutions, stock all items used in your area. 
• Must be capable to: have a sense of urgency as the necessity arises, ability to put forth effort and be taught, to stand for long periods of time.
• Recall and communication of products and contents once you are taught. 
• Practice established food handling procedures and meet any local health regulations. 
• Exhibit and use good manners, proper personal hygiene, positive attitude, and promptness.
