Position: Crew Member
Pay: Starting at $12/hour
Hours: Flexible part-time 10hrs-30hrs/week
Education: Speak and read English fluently, basic math skills, legally able to work in the US
Age: 16+

Physical requirements:
- Standing/walking for the entire shift; 4-8 hours
- Must have reliable transportation
- Lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- Able to follow instructions
- Perform basic mathematical calculations
- Able to work in an environment that processes multiple allergens
- Good personal hygiene and free of contagious diseases
Character requirements:

- Able to work both independently and in a group
Responsibilities may include:
- Follow directions from production and packaging managers
- Follow SOP (Standard Of Perfection) and GMP food safety guidelines
- Line trays with papers, baking cups, etc…
- Push racks in and out of the prep freezer
- Handling hot trays and racks with oven mitts
- Frost/decorate/drizzle cakes
- Float between production and packaging tasks as needed
- Working alongside other employees
- Package products by hand and machinery
- Prepare packaging
- Use scales, tape guns, date guns, etc…
- Wash/sanitize utensils, bowls, and other tools as needed
- Sweep and mop floors and take out garbage
- Willingness to jump in and help the team at any step in the process (production or packaging) during your shift as needed.
