Key Responsibilities

Build a positive working relationship with all staff to enhance morale and productivity.

Qualifications

1-3 years of leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant, preferably in quick service.
Strong customer focus with excellent hospitality skills.
Ability to motivate and lead a talented team.
Proficient in managing inventory and understanding financial performance.
ServSafe® certification is a plus.
