Flooring Crew - Join Our Team!
We're looking for motivated crew members to help deliver top-quality tile installations. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where teamwork, skill, and attention to detail make all the difference. Pay includes an incentive program to reward great performance!
What You'll Do:
- Assist with precise flooring tile installations
- Support and learn from experienced team members
- Prepare, inspect, and clean job sites
- Communicate updates and issues with management
- Maintain tools and company vehicles
- Contribute to a safe, efficient, and high-quality work environment
What We're Looking For:
- Construction experience, preferably with flooring tile
- Ability to read plan layouts & measurements
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a problem solver
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Physical Requirements:
- Stand, walk, bend, and stoop for 8+ hours
- Ability to lift and carry materials and tools as needed. (50 - 75 lbs.)
- Ability to work overtime as needed
