• Education Requirements: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
• Certifications Requirements: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC (required)
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of ER and Swing Bed/LTC experience; Prior critical access hospital experience strongly preferred
• Other Requirements: Valid Montana RN license, ability to work night shifts, strong communication skills, adaptability to block weekend scheduling, and ability to handle high-pressure situations
