Our client, a Global Leader in the Medical Device Industry has an immediate opening for a CRM Analyst for a 4-month + Contract. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate CRM Analyst to join their growing Commercial Systems team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys blending technology, data, and business operations to create a seamless experience for Sales and Customer Service teams. In this role, you'll be hands-on with CRM platforms, playing a key part in keeping systems running smoothly, supporting users, and ensuring data accuracy. If you're someone who thrives in a collaborative environment but can also take ownership and work independently, this role offers strong exposure and the chance to make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

Provide tier 1 support for CRM-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues and responding to user requests in a timely manner
Monitor and manage the CRM support queue, ensuring proper prioritization, resolution, and clear documentation
Collaborate with internal CRM team members to escalate and resolve more complex system issues
Perform day-to-day system administration tasks, including user setup, workflow support, and configuration updates
Support ongoing data integrity initiatives, including data entry, validation, and cleanup activities
Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency across CRM processes and system usage
Document issues, resolutions, and process improvements to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
