About the Role

Location: Southfield, MI (hybrid)

Hours: approximately 35 hours a week; projected end date in August 2026

What you’ll do

AlixPartners’ Marketing team is seeking a highly motivated individual to assist in maintaining integrity of contact information in the firm Client Relationship Management (CRM) Database. Daily tasks include researching and processing contact information change requests, identifying duplicate contacts and performing ongoing contact maintenance duties as assigned. Qualified individuals must be detail oriented, self-motivated and have excellent time management and research skills.

The Marketing Specialist role is a part-time contract assignment (approximately 35 hours a week) reporting to the Marketing Director – CRM. Assignment will be approximately 4 months. Located in Southfield, MI. Schedule can be flexible to accommodate a student’s course work, exams, holidays, etc.

  • Research and process contact information change requests.
  • Research and merge duplicate contacts.
  • Research and edit bounced mailings.
  • Research and categorize companies for industry information.

What you’ll need

  • Must be detailed oriented and display logical deductive skill set.
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Outlook).
  • Database or CRM experience preferred.
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A team player and be willing to assist wherever necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to work outside of normal U.S. business hours, and as unique projects/needs arise.
  • Ability to work full time in an office and remote environment; physically able to sit/stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the workday.

The hourly range for this role takes into account a number of factors and is between $18/hr. - $20/hr.
