Switchboard is seeking a CRM Product Manager on behalf of our client, Open Technology Solutions. As the CRM Product Manager, you will define business requirements, lead vendor selection, and oversee the migration from OTS’ current CRM platform to a new, consortium‑wide solution that aligns with a multi‑year strategy. The CRM solution you deliver will enhance member engagement, integrate across credit union operations, and create measurable business value for multiple organizations.

This role is highly strategic and hands‑on, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder alignment, influence without direct authority, and clear communication across technical and non‑technical audiences. You will work closely with leaders at OTS and its credit union partners to understand needs, shape a shared roadmap, and guide a complex, phased migration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a multi‑year CRM product strategy aligned with organizational goals and desired member experience across the consortium.​
  • Define success metrics and KPIs to measure CRM impact and drive continuous improvement.​
  • Partner with stakeholders in multiple credit unions and OTS operations to capture business needs and pain points, translating them into clear, actionable requirements.​
  • Lead CRM platform evaluation and selection, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and robust integration with existing and future systems.​
  • Manage vendor relationships to support effective implementation, support, and long‑term platform success.​
  • Maintain a prioritized CRM roadmap and establish governance for usage, data quality, and compliance.​
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (technology, operations, risk, and business leaders) to deliver scalable, high‑impact features and improvements.
Requirements
  • Must have: hands‑on experience with CRM platform evaluation, selection, and migration (Salesforce or similar enterprise CRM platforms).​
  • Minimum 5–10 years in product management, product ownership, or technology consulting roles with significant responsibility for business‑critical platforms.​
  • Proven ability to lead by influence across organizations and stakeholder groups without direct authority.​
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms and vice versa for both technical teams and business audiences.​
  • Experience producing high‑quality strategic documents and presenting recommendations to senior leadership.​
  • Demonstrated curiosity, ownership, and follow‑through in figuring things out and solving complex problems.​
  • Banking or financial services experience is a plus

Compensation: $140,000–$165,000 salary + bonus
