Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a service-oriented Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Ardent Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. Position Highlights:

• Exceptional compensation:
• $300K base 1099
• Additional pay for OB shifts, post-call, and hours beyond 40/week
• Earning potential up to $350K+
• Sign-On Bonus Offered
• Student stipend up to 1 year before starting! 
• Diverse, high-acuity case mix: General, Urology, Orthopedic, GYN, Major Burn Center, Minimal Peds, Hepatobiliary, Vascular, EP Labs, Neuro Spine/Brain, Complex OB, and Neonatal Surgery.
• Perform at the top of your license: CRNAs perform their own neuraxial blocks and lines. Strong emphasis on ERAS and regional anesthesia.
• Competitive call schedule: Shared among 18 CRNAs, with an average of 2–4 calls per month — more available by request.
• Daily CRNA coverage:18–20 CRNAs onsite covering 24 active anesthesia locations each day.
• Collaborative, experienced team: 25 full-time/part-time CRNAs, 4 general Anesthesiologists daily, 4 CV Anesthesiologists, and student Nurse Anesthetists.
• Time off:8 weeks off annually

Qualifications:

• Board certified
• New grads welcome! Hillcrest is a clinical site for 4 Nurse Anesthesia programs and a top choice for new graduates.
