Job Description
We are seeking skilled and motivated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join a collaborative and highly respected anesthesia team supporting a diverse and dynamic surgical practice.
This opportunity offers exceptional flexibility, allowing providers to tailor their practice to either highly specialized surgical cases or a more traditional "bread-and-butter" anesthesia mix based on personal interests and career goals. Opportunities are also available in GI and outpatient settings.
Whether you are an experienced CRNA or a new graduate, this position offers strong clinical support, excellent compensation potential, and outstanding work-life flexibility.
Case VarietyCRNAs have the opportunity to work across a broad spectrum of surgical specialties, including:
- General Surgery
- Obstetrics
- Orthopedics
- Cardiac Surgery
- Trauma
- Transplant

- ENT
- Vascular Surgery
- GI and outpatient procedures
Providers may choose to focus on:
- Specialized/high-acuity casesor
- Bread-and-butter anesthesia cases depending on preference
Multiple scheduling options are available to support work-life balance and lifestyle preferences:
- 8-hour shifts
- 10-hour shifts
- 12-hour shifts
- 14-hour shifts
- 24-hour shifts
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification required
- Active Pennsylvania RN license required
- New graduates encouraged to apply
- Highly competitive compensation structure
- Incentive opportunities can increase base compensation by up to 37% before overtime
- $100,000 Sign-On Bonus
- $50,000 Student Stipend available for eligible students
