CRNA – Woodland Heights Medical Center $325,000 (1099) for 45 Weeks

We’re looking for a service-oriented CRNA to join the team at Woodland Heights Medical Center in Lufkin, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a supportive, clinician-led organization focused on quality anesthesia care and professional growth.

Position Highlights

$325,000 1099 compensation for 45 weeks per year
Diverse case mix including general surgery, orthopedic, Endo/GI, ENT (some pediatric), spine, ophthalmology, OB/GYN, and CV
Approximately 700–800 OB deliveries annually
Call rotation 1:7
Join a tenured, collegial team of experienced CRNAs
Malpractice and tail coverage provided

Qualifications

Board Certified CRNA
Regional anesthesia proficiency preferred (training available if needed)
Must hold an active Texas CRNA APRN license
Strong clinical skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
