Job Description
Immediate need for a CRNA to join a well established and growing Healthcare system/group. Lets discuss
Come join a well-established physician practice that lives by this philosophy. We are growing and looking to add more providers. PWe are located in Northwest Indiana
Target Start Date:
Upon an offer being made to and accepted by a provider, the credentialing process will take approximately 90-120 days before a provider can start with us.

Job Requirements:
? Board Certified/Board Eligible required
• Full-time/permanent position. 1099 option available.
? Unique work structure conducive to utilizing all your skills
o Monday – Friday, flexible work schedule
o Patients per day:
2-10
o Call Rotation:
1 weekend per month
? $135.00-$150.00 per hour -- 1099 is $205.00 per hour
? 28 ORs, NORA includes 7GI suites, Cath Labs and IR
? EPIC EMR system utilized in Inpatient & Outpatient settings with AI functionality
? Fully integrated HIMSS Stage VII (Only 5% of hospitals in country are at this level of sophistication)
