Job Description

Opportunity:

Advanced Practice - (CRNA) - Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Job Details:

Provide anesthesia services with medical direction from anesthesiologist
Support expansion of weekend OR coverage including 7 ORs on Saturday and Sunday plus OB
Work 10-hour shifts with evening and day shifts available
Cover Friday through Monday shifts to minimize incentive shifts and support planned OR expansion
Perform various types of surgery including cardiac, complete orthopedic, complex vascular, head/spine, neuro, OB, pediatric, regional, and thoracic
Provide general anesthesia for adult, pediatric, neonatal, and trauma cases
Administer spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia
Handle obstetrical, neurosurgical, open heart, thoracic, and complex vascular cases
Perform pain management techniques including post-op epidural and extremity blocks
Manage ventilation and acute volume/blood pressure issues
Place central lines, arterial lines, and PA catheters
Use x-ray guidance for block procedures
Minimum board certification eligible required
Fellowship preferred
CRNA supervision required
