Job Duties
  • Conduct field inspections of corn and seed crops to ensure compliance with quality, purity, and production standards*
  • Monitor crop health by scouting for pests, disease, weeds, and environmental stress factors*
  • Collect and record field data (plant counts, growth stages, pollination timing, etc.) using digital tools and reporting systems*
  • Be able to operate a handheld radio.*
  • Be willing to work outside.
Pay: $19/hrDay Shift: Start times will vary, but generally 7:30am- 4pm, Monday- Friday with some Saturdays.Why work for Advance Services, Inc.
