Job Description
Job: Packaging Operator Location:Sabetha KS Duration: 1 Year contract Week 1: 8am to 8pm works Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Week 2: 8am to 8pm works Wednesday, Thursday. The Packaging Operator is responsible for bagging all finished product per SOP s for the facility. Job Description:" Apply safe operation of all equipment associated with assignments." Ensure packaging specifications are met." Conduct good housekeeping practices." Follow all standard operating procedures and recommend revisions or improvements." Exhibit flexibility, reliability, and mutual respect for fellow employees." Report any unsafe conditions or acts to Production Supervisor and/or other appropriate management personnel." Work in the most effective, efficient, and safe manner always." Responsibility to identify and communicate food safety and/or product integrity issues to appropriate personnel." Perform other duties as assigned. Site will need 1 lead per agency, these lead positions are getting paid /hr. they are responsible for being the onsite point of contact forand the agency, this person would be the person site directs on where they need people and the lead would be responsible for making sure that person is at there work station, also the leads are responsible for making sure all there agency members are on time signed in and signed out with all the appropriate PPE. Also they would handle any issues with that might come up during the shift. The bill rate for the Lead is the Leadsman bill rate only use this bill rate for Team Lead.
