Aelott AC Heating & Plumbing is a small business in Escondido, CA that offers HVAC and Plumbing Services. We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with their products and services. We are interested in hiring a highly organized, detail-oriented and efficient individual who is comfortable dealing with our customers as well as our technicians. Aelott has been in business since 1963 and values honesty and integrity in our employees as we treat all of our customers fairly. Responsibilities:· Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments· Must be comfortable calling our customers to advertise services· Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries· Dispatch technicians and coordinate daily schedules· Enter and update customer information accurately· Process service requests, invoices, and follow-ups· Communicate effectively with technicians and management
Qualifications:· Strong communication and customer service skills· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment· Basic computer and data entry skills· HVAC or plumbing office experience preferred (but not required)· Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
