Job Description

AO Globe Life is expanding and seeking recent college graduates who are ready to begin their careers in client consulting and support. We hire individuals with strong attitudes and a willingness to learn, then provide the training, mentorship, and systems needed for long-term success.

This fully remote opportunity allows you to gain professional experience, develop communication and consulting skills, and build a meaningful career from anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet virtually with clients through scheduled video consultations

  • Help individuals and families understand available coverage options

  • Guide clients through the onboarding and enrollment process

  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation

  • Manage follow-up communication and client support

  • Participate in training sessions, mentorship programs, and team meetings

Compensation & Career Development

  • Income potential ranging from approximately $90,000–$120,000 annually based on performance

  • Weekly compensation through a performance-based structure

Minimum Qualifications

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
