We are hiring motivated, reliable individuals to work with a well-established supplemental benefits organization that has supported working families for over 65 years. Due to rapid growth across multiple territories, we are expanding our team and are looking for Benefits Representatives who enjoy helping people and want a stable, long-term opportunity.
This role is ideal for individuals who like clear structure, steady daily tasks, and the flexibility of working from home.
What You’ll Do
Speak with members who have requested information
Explain benefit programs in a clear, easy-to-understand way
Answer questions related to coverage and enrollment
Assist members with simple online forms and next steps
Keep accurate notes and follow up when needed
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and people skills
Reliable, organized, and able to manage daily tasks
Comfortable using a computer, email, and virtual meeting tools
Customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required
Training and licensing support provided
