CSR Team Leader
Poca Valley Bank is seeking a qualified customer service-oriented individual to fill a full time CSR Team Leader position.
The right candidate will possess:
- A professional demeanor and able to provide outstanding customer service.
- Leadership experience
This position is responsible for:
- Responsible for input in the management of the CSR staff, as well as preparing performance review process.
- Accurately processes all teller transactions, including deposits, withdraws, transfers, loan payments, collecting of fees, etc. according to established procedures.
- Assures all established customer service standards are being met by the staff.
- Responsible for overseeing established daily branch cash limits.
- Assists with identifying and correcting procedural violations and audit findings.
