Consumer Services & Solutions (CSS) is responsible for several online consumer subscription businesses: Instant Ink, Instant Paper, All-In-Plan. CSS moves at a very fast pace to deliver innovation and continuous improvement cycles in order to improve customer experience and meet aggressive business performance goals. This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end development and launch of new / updated experiences by closely engaging with a broad set of cross-functional partners to remove roadblocks, align priorities, and collaborate on improvements. Additionally, the role drives closed-loop analysis efforts, streamlines processes, and identifies opportunities to enhance efficiencies.
This role is responsible for leading cross-functional teams and external agencies in developing and executing GTM plans and budgets that align with business objectives and opportunities. The role oversees the development and communication of closed-loop post-analyses for marketing programs, and executes messaging and customer segmentation strategies to enhance engagement. Additionally, the role includes tracking and reporting on program performance, collaborating with the sales team on training materials, overseeing marketing operations activities, and applying advanced subject matter knowledge to lead complex projects and resolve business issues.Responsibilities
Leads cross-functional, cross-organizational teams and external agencies in the development and execution of GTM plans and budgets.
Develops and secures approval for comprehensive GTM plans and budgets that align with business objectives and market opportunities.
Leads development and communication of closed-loop post-analysis for marketing programs, identifying key insights and actionable recommendations to optimize future initiatives.
Develops, defines, and executes offering/segment messaging strategies and monitors their delivery.
Leads execution and monitoring of predetermined customer segmentation strategies and experience plans to enhance customer engagement and drive targeted marketing efforts.
Drives tracking and reporting of program performance against benchmarks, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Leads collaboration with the sales team to assist in the development of sales training materials, ensuring alignment between sales and marketing efforts.
Oversees marketing operations activities like CRM update, accrual management, collateral fulfillment etc. as directed.
Assists sales with retailer/reseller account calls and development, fostering strong relationships and ensuring successful partnerships.
Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.
Education & Experience Recommended
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in marketing, sales, channel, or a related field.

The pay range for this role is$116,150to$182,400USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
