Job Description

This CT Technologist opportunity is based in Kissimmee, FL, at a 404-bed tertiary care, Level II Trauma Center and Joint Commissionaccredited teaching hospital affiliated with a major regional medical college. The facility houses a Comprehensive Stroke Center, a Heart & Vascular Institute, a Level II NICU, a Pediatric ER, and a Graduate Medical Education Program, and extends its reach through multiple freestanding emergency departments serving the greater Orlando metro area.The role. Working under the direction of a Radiologist, the CT Technologist performs computerized tomography scans across a broad range of body regions to support physicians in identifying abnormalities. The position spans a patient population from pediatric through geriatric, including critically and sub-acutely ill patients, requiring sound judgment in adapting technique and care approach to each patient's functional and developmental needs. The technologist also fulfills duties within the broader radiology department as directed, and on-call availability is an active component of this role.What we're looking for.

Associate degree or vocational school graduate of an approved School of Radiology
ARRT certification in both Radiography (R) and CT required at time of submission
State of Florida HRS General Radiography license required
Current BCLS-C certification required
Minimum one year of CT experience required; candidates being considered for freestanding emergency department (FSED) roles must have at least one year of acute care CT experience specifically
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Schedule. Multiple shift options are available across the main hospital and freestanding emergency department locations, including day and night 12-hour shifts on weekend-weighted schedules (FridayMonday rotations); on-call is required for this role.Compensation. $32.52 - $32.52/hr plus Sign On: $15kRelo: Case by CaseShift Diffs: Night diff is $4.50 and Weekend diff is $3.
