This role offers a challenging yet rewarding environment where you will perform advanced imaging procedures, including contrast administration and specialized scans, across diverse patient populations. Your expertise will contribute directly to accurate diagnoses and improved patient outcomes. You will work a mid-shift schedule (1:30 PM to 10:00 PM), supporting busy outpatient and emergency department settings, with a focus on safety, quality, and patient comfort. The position emphasizes teamwork, technical excellence, and adherence to strict safety protocols, including Siemens system operation and radiation safety standards.Required Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of prior CT experience, preferably in adult acute care, ICU, or emergency settings
• ARRT CT certification and BLS certification
• Proficiency in operating Siemens CT equipment and EPIC scheduling systems
• Strong understanding of isolation precautions, radiation safety, contrast media management, and radiologic procedures including abdomen, pelvis, chest, head, neck, spine, and musculoskeletal imaging
• Competence in starting peripheral IVs and venipuncture techniques
• Ability to handle complex imaging protocols (e.g., Vascular Chest, Sinuses, Soft Tissue) and assist with special procedures such as biopsies and drainages
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with PACS, 3D rendering, multiplanar reconstruction, and region of interest (ROI) analysis
• Knowledge of colorectal studies, brain perfusion, CT arthrography, myelography, and neurovascular procedures
• Prior experience with multimodal imaging techniques and advanced post-processing software

Preferred Education and Experience

• An Associate’s degree or higher in Radiologic Technology or a related field
• At least 2 years of recent CT experience, with travel or agency experience considered a plus
• Experience supporting adult and pediatric patient populations in outpatient and ER settings

Other Requirements

• Fully available to start on any of the first three days of the scheduled week, with flexibility for changes based on class and trainer availability
• Completion of 16 hours of unit orientation prior to solo operation, with ongoing support and supervision
• Must have Siemens system experience and be prepared for a busy outpatient environment
• No call or float requirements; weekend shifts may involve coverage on short notice with a two-week notice period
• Must be able to work the 8-hour shift from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM and adhere to schedule protocols
