Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join a dedicated radiology team. This permanent, full-time position involves performing radiology and CT scan procedures during the night shift. Youll contribute to patient care with the utmost quality and professionalism.
Schedule Options
- Weekends Only:
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Main Hospital)
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (FSED)
- Weekdays:
- Monday-Thursday, 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM (FSED)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform radiology and CT imaging procedures under the supervision of a Radiologist.
- Use independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative in applying ionizing radiation for imaging.
- Conduct examinations on patients of all age groups, from neonate to geriatric.
- Prioritize patient care and maintain quality standards as a Technologist.
- Manage designated areas and procedures efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- One year of CT experience preferred.
- Acute care experience required for FSED opportunities but not mandatory for the main hospital.
- Certifications:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) (obtainable within 30 days of start).
- Registered Radiographer (ARRT) (R) & (CT) registry preferred.
- Licensure:
- Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist.
- Education:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technology School.
Compensation
- From Hourly Rate: $27.17
