Job Description

CT Technologist (2 Openings) - Penn Yan, NY

Location: Hospital/Acute Care Setting

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Start Date: Flexible

Pay: $70-$75/hour

Available Shifts:

Position 1 - Day Shift
Position 2 - Weekday Evenings (Evening Shift)

Position Overview

We are seeking two experienced CT Technologists for 13-week contract assignments in a fast-paced acute care hospital in Penn Yan. These opportunities offer schedule flexibility and the chance to work with a collaborative clinical team delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging.

Key Responsibilities

Perform CT scans in accordance with physician orders and department protocols
Ensure accurate patient positioning and high-quality image acquisition
Administer contrast media as appropriate
Monitor patients during procedures and ensure safety at all times
Follow radiation safety and infection control standards
Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records
Collaborate with radiologists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Qualifications

ARRT (R) certification required
ARRT (CT) certification required
Active New York State Radiologic Technologist license required
Previous CT experience in a hospital/acute care setting preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
