Job Description

Join Our Team as a CT Technologist at WellStar Vinings Health Park-SmyrnaElevate your radiologic career by becoming a key member of our dedicated healthcare team. As a CT Technologist at WellStar Vinings Health Park, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional imaging services that directly impact patient outcomes. This position offers an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals to apply their expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced environment committed to excellence and patient care.What You'll Bring:
  • Minimum of 1 year of radiology experience, with proficiency in CT imaging
  • Certification in ARRT-R (Radiography) and ARRT-CT (Computed Tomography) upon hire
  • BLS or ARC-BLS certification
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with physicians, patients, visitors, and staff
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Customer service excellence and professionalism in all interactions
  • Detail orientation with the capacity to multitask efficiently during high-pressure situations
  • Competency in all aspects of CT procedures, including patient positioning, exposure factors, and radiation safety
  • Knowledge of anatomy and pathology related to imaging procedures
  • Ability to perform quality control tests in compliance with ACR and manufacturer standards
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Additional certifications or licenses related to radiologic standards
  • Experience with Epic EMR systems
Educational Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
Additional Requirements:
  • Valid certifications required prior to start, with willingness to obtain any additional necessary licenses
  • Shift: Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Hourly Rate: $53.60
  • Start Date: 03/30/2026
  • Willingness to travel or receive reimbursements as applicable
