- Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums floors of buildings, using cleaning solutions, tools and equipment
- Cleans public restrooms
- Cleans walls, ceilings, windows, walkways, stairwells, elevator cars, equipment and building fixtures
- Gathers and empties trash from building floors
- Sets up, arranges, and removes decorations, tables, and chairs in the meeting rooms
- Moves items between departments
- Cleans pool side area including chairs
- Picks up trash from landscaped areas, parking lot, and common areas
- Maintains trash compactor room
- Reports safety hazards
- Attends departmental meetings
- Performs other duties as assigned
