This role supports daily operations across multiple elementary school locations.Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness and safety within school facilities. This role involves routine cleaning, building maintenance, and supporting school events as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCleaning & Maintenance
- Sweep, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility
- Clean restrooms, classrooms, and common areas
- Empty trash, clean blackboards, and perform general custodial duties
- Dust and maintain overall cleanliness of the building
- Open buildings for events, meetings, and school functions as needed
- Ensure the building is secure at the end of each shift
- Support operations across multiple elementary school locations
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in a physically active role
- Full-time, stable schedule year-round
