Pay Range: $18.00-$20.00/hourly

+ Education and Experience
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- Must be minimum of 18 year old
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Must have a valid drivers license
+ Key Responsibilities
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming.
- Service, clean and supply restrooms.
- Report all injuries and workplace accidents to supervisor on a timely basis.
- Empty all trash cans, replace liners, and clean receptacles as necessary.
- Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Dust furniture, walls, machines and equipment.
- Clean Windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
- Shampoo carpets.
- Strip, seal, finish and buff floors.
- Maintain Janitor Closets in a clean, organized and safe manner.
- Ensure janitorial equipment is in safe and operable condition.
- Ensure proper labeling, dilution and use of all chemicals.
- Wear proper personal protective equipment at all times.

Hours of work
- Full-time
- Monday- Friday; 7am to 3pm.
Overtime expectations
- Overtime is not required.
Work environment
- Walking, standing, bending.
Travel requirements
- Minimal, if at all.
