Join us as we grow! Our newRandolph, MNlocation is set to open its doors inearly May 2026, and we are beginning the hiring process now. We will be reviewing applications and interviewing on a rolling basis, allowing us to adjust start dates to fit your schedule and business needs. To get you started on the right foot, this position may include in-person training period at our Le Sueur, MNfacility.

This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the raw material quartz processing facility. This role involves performing various cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a safe, sanitary, and orderly environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting, in assigned areas such as offices, hallways, restrooms, and production areas.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and floors.
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
Maintain floors by stripping, waxing, and buffing as needed.
Clean carpets using vacuum cleaners and carpet cleaning equipment.
Ensure that cleaning supplies are adequately stocked in assigned areas.
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, such as floor buffers, vacuum cleaners, and other tools, in a safe and efficient manner.
Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, changing filters, and making minor repairs to fixtures.
Report any needed repairs or maintenance issues to the Maintenance and Automation Manager.
Assist with setting up and cleaning up for special events or meetings.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies related to cleaning and chemical handling.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including storage rooms and closets.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance and Automation Manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
Basic knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.
Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
Good physical condition and stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects.
Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing cleaning tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of safety procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Ability to perform basic math calculations.
Basic computer proficiency for record-keeping and communication.
Ability to acquire and retain all necessary safety certifications
Minimum Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or GED
Experience: 1+ years of experience in custodial or cleaning services
Systems: CMMS

Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 60 lbs.
Push/pull 100 lbs.
Stand on feet for long periods of time during a shift for up to 12 hours, with intermittent breaks
Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by Cambria
Participate in daily stretch and flex exercises
Work in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions
Walk up and down steps multiple times throughout shift
Bend over multiple times throughout shift
Task Based Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements:
Steel toed boots
Hearing Protection
Safety glasses
Cut-proof gloves
Hard hat
High visibility vest
Respirator (employees who are required to wear a respirator must maintain a clean-shaven face in the area where the respirator seals to the skin.)
Cambria’s starting hourly range for this position is $17.15 - $21.00. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
