As our Custodian, you’ll play a vital behind-the-scenes role in creating a safe, welcoming, and spotless environment for our guests and team members. Your work will help us shine from the floor to the ceiling—and everywhere in between.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all guest-facing and team areas, including dining room, restrooms, and kitchen
Sweep, mop, scrub, vacuum, and sanitize as needed throughout the restaurant
Clean and restock restrooms daily
Empty trash and manage waste areas
Handle light maintenance and deep cleaning tasks (e.g., dusting vents, cleaning baseboards, polishing stainless steel)
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Assist with any other cleaning needs or special projects assigned by leadership

Requirements

18+ years old
Availability starting at 5 am
Must have Friday/Saturday availability
Superior organization and communication skills
Able to lift 50lbs, stand, crouch and climb step stools throughout shift
Able to work in fast-paced environment
Display a positive attitude, attention to detail, problem solving skills
Ability to multitask
Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
