Job Description

This position requires access to export-controlled information. Therefore, only U.S. persons (U.S. citizens, and lawful permanent residents) will be considered.

Responsibilities:

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain the cleanliness of all floors, restrooms, and building facilities.
Dispose of trash and empty all waste receptacles throughout the building.
Keep the building free from indoor pests.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and keep custodian closets clean and organized.
Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.

Qualifications:

18+ years of age
HS diploma or GED
Able to work Mon-Fri, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm (with an hour lunch)
Able to work mostly independently as part of a small team, while serving the needs of the larger Cox team
Able to use Microsoft Outlook email and calendar

Compensation: We ensure our compensation is competitive by regularly assessing market data and establishing salary ranges accordingly. Your pay is determined based on your experience and the market data for this position.
