Job Title: CustodianLocation: Thief River Falls, MNCompensation: $18.00 per hour – paid weeklySchedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM-4:30 PMJob Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-timeAbout the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Custodian workers for a manufacturing company in Thief River Falls, MN. In this role, you'll help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility while supporting production and maintenance teams as needed.   • Sweep and clean floors throughout designated areas of the facility
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms and lunchrooms to company standards
  • Replenish supplies and assist with general housekeeping duties
  • Support production and material handling teams by assisting with cardboard bailing and pallet movement
  • Perform exterior building cleaning tasks, including grounds maintenance and trash removal
  • Assist maintenance and safety teams with equipment cleaning and spill cleanup as directed
What You Need to Bring to the Custodian:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Entry-level opportunity; 0-2 years of experience accepted
  • Ability to complete and pass Tugger training
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to stand and work on cement floors for up to 10-hour shifts
  • Ability to follow workplace safety procedures and instructions
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
