Custodian - Day Shift

• Actively engages in communication and asks questions as needed
• Empty waste containers liners throughout the facility to ensure containers are free and ready to use  
• Refill supplies as needed throughout the production area
• Practices personal safety and respect equipment??
• Understands how to complete all paperwork?
• Knows Redzone and communicates with other shifts/ departments/managers several times during a shift?
• Understands different types of cleans (water to water, water to cream, etc.)?
• Actively engages in communication with Maintenance and asks questions as needed?
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment??
• Work collaboratively with other members of the production team to meet production goals

What You Need to Bring to the Custodian Role:

• Working knowledge of food safety, personal hygiene, and the proper use of GMP apparel.?
• Strong knowledge of food processing equipment, including mixers, blenders, and scales??
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills??
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills??
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment??
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation, and stand for extended periods of time??
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
