Position OverviewWe are seeking dependable cleaning professionals to work with us as Independent Contractor Cleaners (1099). This opportunity is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, value flexibility, and are experienced or interested in providing professional cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces
Follow site-specific checklists and guidelines
Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
Provide and maintain your own cleaning supplies and equipment
Complete all tasks safely and in line with company expectations

Qualifications

Experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or facility care (preferred but not required)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Reliable transportation
Mobile phone for communication and scheduling
Consistent attendance and good time management
