Job Description:

Grand Traverse Pavilions is seeking a motivated Custodian to join our team.
The starting wage for this position is $20.11 / hour.
$5.00/hour for working Saturday and Sunday shifts.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Tasks:

Transports clean and soiled linens according to established schedule.
Transports trash from the building to the dumpster according to established schedule.
Floor care to include carpet cleaning, mopping, stripping, sealing, waxing, vacuuming per established schedules.
Security rounds for locking and unlocking doors according to established schedule.
Oxygen readings per established schedule and changing and transporting oxygen tanks as needed.
Responsible for cleaning and stocking public restrooms.
Check and fill chemical dispensers according to established schedules.
Yard care as directed.
Snow removal as directed.
Wash windows as directed.
Cleans equipment according to established schedules and as directed.
Assists with wall care as directed.
Assembles furniture as directed.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
