Custodian

We are seeking a Custodian to join our team! You will be responsible for ensuring that the inside and outside of our facility is always maintained in a clean, orderly and safe manner.

Weekends are required.

Responsibilities:

• Keep facilities in a clean and orderly condition

• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as trash removal, cleaning the bathrooms and floors

• Perform routine maintenance tasks

• Organize custodial closets and spaces

• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

• Walk & clean the facilities daily, look for issues such as dirty glass, furniture, litter etc.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields

• Ability to handle physical workload

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong organizational skills

• Able to show up on time and complete task without a lot of supervision

• Ability to work nights and weekends

• Ability to lift 45 lbs.
