SUMMARY Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of the facility in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Daily Responsibilities:- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, lobby, reception area, mail/copy room, offices, water fountains, conference/training rooms, and entrance doors.
- Mop hallways and break rooms, including the Mason Office.
- Remove trash and recyclables from all areas of the facility.
- Vacuum main aisles, entrance carpets, and warehouse office rugs.
- Vacuum cubicles and offices during dusting rotation (½ building each week).
- Clean lab, fitness area, and break room refrigerators.
- Sweep stairs bi-weekly.
- Stock restrooms with paper products as needed.
- Notify maintenance of any repairs needed.
- Launder cleaning cloths and linens.
