9:00am- 5:00pm, Monday- Friday
$17.50 an hour

SUMMARY
To maintain the overall cleanliness and neatness of the facility on a daily basis.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Daily cleaning of:
- Restrooms, break rooms, lobby area, receptionist area, mail/copy room, offices, water fountains, conference/training rooms, entrance doors, and mopping of hallway and break rooms, including Finance building
- Removal of trash from all areas of facility, recyclables
- Vacuuming of main aisles, entrance-way carpets and warehouse office rugs
- Vacuuming of cubicles and offices when dusting is done (1/2 building every week)
- Weekly cleaning of:
- Lab, fitness area, and break room refrigerators
- Sweeping of stairs bi-weekly
- Stock all restrooms with paper products as needed
- Notify maintenance of any repairs needed
- Launder all cleaning cloths and linens
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
