Are you looking for an opportunity to continue to enhance your skills while working? Do you have a desire to be part of a maintenance team working on commercial and muti-unit residential properties from turn-of-the-century to brand new structures? If YES, then we are looking for you!! We are currently seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented candidate to join our Maintenance Team. Normal work hours are M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm with some on call and snow removal hours.
Responsibilities and DutiesCleaning and maintaining common areas and vacant apartments.Landscaping: Mowing, and weed eating.Complete daily assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner.Perform minor building, electrical, painting, and plumbing repairs.Qualifications and SkillsMust possess a valid drivers’ license and pass mandatory drug testing, background investigation, and physical ability screening.Previous experience in maintenance preferredFamiliarity with hand-held tools and equipmentDeadline and detail-orientedHigh school or equivalent / Vocational Education preferredBenefitsWarlow Apartments offers a challenging and diverse work environment, competitive wages, and an excellent benefits package including health and life insurance, 401k retirement plan, profit-sharing, and match, and vacation, sick, and holiday pay.
