By using your attention to detail skills, you ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the common areas of One Lincoln Park, assist maintenance with light repairs, and respond to emergency clean up situations. • You have a significant impact on the quality of our services and have the opportunity to create a positive atmosphere for our residents, guests, visitors, and potential new residents. • You prioritize customer service, are thorough in the tasks that need completed, and enjoy helping others. You communicate effectively with your team and our residents, always maintaining a high level of professionalism and respect.
