Job Description

Performs entry-level to moderately complex custodial work. Works under general supervision, with minimal latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Employees at this level may fully perform a variety of routine daily tasks but may often rely on direction from others to solve problems that are not standard. Employees may occasionally assist others in performing job duties of greater complexity.

Ensures that all public areas of the Clinic/Admin buildings are always kept neat and clean.
Performs cleaning and sanitizing of areas that may include vacuuming, high and low dusting such as walls, doors, windows and vents
Cleans restrooms following proper infection control procedures and makes sure they are furnished with necessary supplies. Can include bodily fluids
Cleans and maintains floors including dust mops, wet mop, vacuuming and other floor cleaning machines.
Removes general and hazardous waste from all areas of the building; cleans up spills and broken glass.
Ability to follow SDS instructions and follow OSHA, state/federal and Pecan Valley Centers procedures.
Works closely with other departments and assists in setting up special events and other activities.
Identifies and reports problems with building, equipment, or supplies to supervisor.
Heavy travel will be required within the 6-county region
Other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisor
