People Source OKC is Hiring – CustodianLocation: Oklahoma City, OKPay: $15.00/hourSchedule: Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PMJob Type: Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewPeople Source OKC is hiring a Custodian for a manufacturing facility in Oklahoma City. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout the facility, including offices, production areas, restrooms, breakrooms, and outdoor grounds. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and takes pride in keeping facilities clean and well maintained.Job Responsibilities· Clean offices, production areas, breakrooms, and common areas by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing· Clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms and handwashing stations· Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas· Clean windows, doors, walls, and other facility surfaces as needed· Maintain janitorial closets, storage areas, and cleaning equipment in an organized manner· Monitor inventory of cleaning and restroom supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed· Perform seasonal grounds maintenance, including mowing, weed trimming, hedge trimming, blowing debris, and weed control· Assist with facility clean-up projects and special cleaning assignments· Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and facility concerns to management· Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements· Perform other duties as assignedRequirements· Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or facility maintenance experience preferred· Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus· Knowledge of custodial cleaning methods, materials, and equipment· Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision· Dependable attendance and strong work ethic· Ability to lift up to 75 pounds· Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, climb ladders, and perform physical work throughout the shift· Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions· Must be able to pass a background check and drug screenAdditional Information· Monday–Saturday schedule with consistent hours· Physically active work environment· Indoor and outdoor job duties· Opportunity for long-term employment based on performanceImportant Note – Safety Sensitive RoleThis position is classified as Safety Sensitive under Oklahoma law (O.S. § 63-427.8).
