- Clean and maintain all public areas including worship spaces, bathrooms, childcare areas, kitchens, classrooms, and meeting rooms
- Set up and take down tables and chairs for functions and events
- Assist with outdoor maintenance including mowing, weeding, and snow removal/shoveling
- Monitor building security by ensuring doors are secured according to the facility schedule
- Work closely with staff and volunteers to support daily operations
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic maintenance and repair skills are a plus
