Title: Custodian (2nd Shift) - $17.96/hr Compensation: $17.96 per hour Shift/Working Hours: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM). Full-time and Part-time opportunities available!
About the role: PrideStaff is partnering with a leading local healthcare provider in Asheville, NC to find dedicated Environmental Services Technicians (Custodians/Housekeepers). In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation across the facility, supporting a healthy and welcoming environment for all staff, patients, and visitors.

- A strong commitment to detail and thoroughness in all tasks, ensuring a consistently high level of cleanliness.
- Reliability, organization, and the ability to work independently to complete assigned routes and schedules.
- A collaborative and respectful demeanor when interacting with facility staff, demonstrating a service-oriented mindset.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols related to cleaning solutions and operating maintenance tools is preferred, but not required (we provide training!).
- A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
