Overview:Join our dynamic team as a Custodian, where you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment across our facilities. Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive cleaning and sanitation of all designated areas, including hallways, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.
- Conduct floor care procedures such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces.
- Manage waste disposal processes in compliance with environmental regulations, including proper segregation of recyclable materials and hazardous waste handling.
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, and ensure accountability and continuous quality improvement.
- Collaborate with staff to address specific sanitation needs promptly and effectively.
Experience:
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial cleaning environments is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proven ability to work independently while following detailed procedures and safety guidelines.
