Job Description
Job Summary:We are seeking a dependable Custodial Worker to maintain cleanliness within a cold storage warehouse facility. This position focuses on cleaning offices, breakrooms, and restrooms—no production floor cleaning required. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a cooler environment. Able to travel between multiple warehouse locations as needed.Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize offices, breakrooms, and restrooms on a daily schedule
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust designated areas
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
- Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with company policies
- Follow all safety guidelines and use cleaning chemicals properly
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25–40 lbs
- Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks
- Comfortable working in a cold warehouse environment
- Cold storage warehouse setting
- Cleaning limited to offices, breakrooms, and restrooms only
- PPE may be required (gloves, appropriate clothing for cooler temperatures)
