Custodian

Witco is looking for a Custodial Worker for our commercial contracts program.

This role is responsible for cleaning and maintaining local business and State Buildings in Canyon or Ada County. The intent of our organization is to promote work and training opportunities for individuals who are disabled. Thus, individuals with disabilities are encouraged to apply.

CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs labor associated with custodial services.
• Duties include performance of custodial duties including but not limited to collecting and deposing of garbage, vacuuming, mopping, buffing, waxing floors, dusting, cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, kitchen areas and appliances, window and glass cleaning.
• Maintain outside grounds picking up debris work such as trimming, raking, weed pulling, sweeping of sidewalks, picking up debris around the property. Snow removal or application of ice melt in winter months.
• Must be able to complete duties within hours scheduled.
• Perform quality work that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
• Comply with all safety guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to provide documentation of a disability from a professional or government source.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior Custodial Experience
• High School Diploma or GED
