Guided by our core values of Safety, Sustainability, Social Impact, and Awesomeness, we proudly serve communities nationwide and encourage employees to make a difference through volunteer opportunities and community service.What You'll DoAs a Custodian, your responsibilities will include:Clean and maintain restrooms, offices, common areas, and other facility spaces
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces
Restock restroom and facility supplies, including soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility
Identify and report safety hazards or maintenance concerns
Provide friendly and professional service to staff, visitors, and team members
Follow all safety procedures and company standards

What We're Looking ForQualifications1+ year of janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
Experience using cleaning equipment and products preferred
Physical RequirementsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift
Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 lbs.; occasionally up to 35 lbs.Operate cleaning equipment and move janitorial carts as needed
Work in a variety of environments, including restrooms, kitchens, and outdoor areas
Follow all PPE and safety protocols
